Impulse relays


Impulse relaysare used to control resistive load circuits (e.g., incandescent lamps, low-voltage halogen lamps, convection heaters) and inductive load circuits (e.g., fluorescent tubes, discharge lamps) through pulse command multipoint control. The so-called pulse refers to a communication signal within a period. Pulse relay means that when a signal is transmitted to it, its electric shock state will change, that is, when the coil changes from ON to off, the contact state will not change, when the coil is off again for 100 years ON, the contact state will change, that is, every time the coil is ON, the contact state will change correspondingly.


The introduction of impulse relay



Pulse relay belongs to electrical technical field. It consists of coil L1, L2, fixed piece G1, G2, G3, G4, slide piece H, magnetic steel M, magnetic material bar E1, E2, diode input circuit and so on. The fixed piece is connected with the controlled object wire, the slide piece is placed in the middle of the two coils, and the magnet insert pliers is in the middle of the slide piece. The magnetic material rod is inserted into the center of the coil shaft, and the different ends of the coil L1 and L2 are connected. Two connecting points X and Y lead A wire each, and are connected with A diode each, forming two control input ports A-A 'and B-B'. Due to the action of the magnet, the slide position does not change after the control voltage disappears and remains stable. The utility model provides a relay with simple structure, low power consumption and memory function.


Principle of impulse relay

When the button is pressed, the switch is closed; When the button is pressed again, the switch is normally on. To do this, we need a relay with two contacts. One contact is used for power supply and the other is used for external circuit. Sometimes, it is difficult to find stepping relays. Usually people use electrical wiring to do this, and this is a viable way to do it. A power relay with a contact current of 10A and a coil resistance of 28 ω is used in the circuit diagram. When the circuit is idle and its power is 0, the circuit may be amplified to operate at higher voltages. The voltage of the relay must be half of the rated voltage of the power supply. As in our example, the supply voltage is 12V, while the relay voltage is 6V. When the resistor is connected in series with the coil, it must have a value equal to or slightly higher than the coil, and the value of the other resistor should be twice the value of the coil. All capacitors are 25V. The value of the capacitor depends on the resistance of the coil: the higher the resistance of the coil, the lower the value of the capacitor. Since the capacitor takes some time to charge, there is a 0.5 to 1 second pause when the button is pressed continuously. An untuned 12V voltage is sufficient to supply this circuit.
